What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in Spanish (C1 or above) and excellent English communication skills
1+ years of customer service experience
Ability to think on your feet and solve problems efficiently
Strong team player with a proactive mindset
What You’ll Do:
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
Diagnose and resolve customer issues in Spanish/English
Communicate effectively via email and chat
Develop a deep understanding of our products to provide accurate support
Collaborate with your peers and manager to enhance customer experience
