Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong management background to oversee talent acquisition strategies, onboarding, and end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience managing Talent Acquisition teams and a proven track record of managing the full-cycle recruitment process.

This is a management-level role focused on optimizing talent operations, ensuring alignment between offshore talent and internal hiring managers, and driving efficiency across recruitment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Management: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to align on talent needs and hiring priorities. Address roadblocks to streamline the hiring process.
  • Project & Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to improve recruitment workflows, implement best practices, and track recruitment metrics.
  • Sourcing Strategy & Candidate Engagement: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines. Proactively engage with potential candidates to build relationships.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and adhere to best practices.
  • Recruitment Technology & Tools: Leverage and optimize recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools) to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Talent Acquisition Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience managing client facing processes and overseeing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and stakeholders across time zones.
  • Project Management & Process Optimization: Proficient with recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello). Strong process improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the IT industry and a technical background
  • BPO experience is highly desirable
