About the Role

Our Talent Acquisition Managers ensure Influx has the amazing workforce it needs by optimizing our talent acquisition strategies and processes, ensuring seamless collaboration between their team and the hiring managers, and lending their own sharp eye for talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Define recruitment needs, set realistic targets, and prioritize hiring initiatives to meet organizational objectives.
  • Process Excellence: Drive efficiency by implementing best practices, optimizing workflows, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to build strong relationships and ensure alignment on recruitment strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards throughout the recruitment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Interview Candidates and Spot Talent: Conduct interviews personally, leveraging your expertise for recognizing great candidates and providing a role model for your team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing client-facing processes and overseeing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and stakeholders across time zones.
  • Self-Driven: Able to step on the gas and change lanes without waiting for explicit instructions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree. Preferably (but not necessarily) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Technical skills: Since we work fully remotely, you’ll need to be able to navigate and operate various software and online services.
  • Experience in the BPO / customer service industry is highly desirable.
