Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused People Experience Manager to lead our global People Experience team.

In this strategic and hands-on role, you'll be responsible for creating a high-impact employee journey - from onboarding to offboarding - that enhances employee satisfaction, reduces regrettable attrition, and strengthens Influx's position as the BPO of choice.

Your initial focus will be on refining and owning our onboarding and offboarding experiences, with a broader remit of promoting engagement, talent retention, and employee wellbeing. This is a leadership position that plays a critical role in shaping the day-to-day experience of our people across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the People Experience team, ensuring continuous development and high performance
  • Own and improve onboarding processes, systems, and documentation to ensure consistency and a smooth new hire experience
  • Support line managers by reducing administrative burden and ensuring new hires are equipped with tools, knowledge, and cultural context from day one
  • Conduct regular check-in calls (1, 3, 6 months) to assess employee satisfaction, identify concerns, and track engagement trends
  • Ensure accurate documentation and effective follow-up from check-ins, escalating risks or concerns as needed
  • Recognise and celebrate employee achievements and positive feedback to support engagement
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve employee happiness, satisfaction, and retention
  • Manage and standardise offboarding processes, including documentation, manager support, and thorough exit interviews
  • Analyse feedback from onboarding, check-ins, and offboarding to identify patterns, inform retention strategies, and drive improvements
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote a positive, engaging, and productive work environment
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company
  • Develop and maintain a succession plan and capacity strategy for the People Experience team

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in people operations, HR, or employee experience roles
  • Proven track record in leading teams, with strong coaching and performance management skills
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing scalable onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, identify concerns, and respond empathetically
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills; able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and drive improvements
  • Clear and effective communication in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders
  • Proactive, data-driven, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, global team setup
