Duties

In this remote role, you'll thrive by providing timely and high-quality resolutions to customer queries. Your ability to multitask and manage both simple and complex processes with composure under pressure will ensure consistent and reliable delivery.

Tasks include:

  • Diagnose and solve the customers’ problems
  • Communicate effectively via calls, emails and chats with our customers
  • Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to deliver consistent and effective communication with client stakeholders in different mediums (slack and video) and contexts (f2f and with groups)
  • Willingness to engage in continuous self-directed learning and personal development
  • Technical aptitude: confidence with smartphones, operating systems and laptops
  • High-quality internet, power and computer that can support online face to face (e.g. Google Meet) conversation without interruption
  • Bachelor’s degree - at least in progress
