We are looking for an HR Systems Manager who thrives on identifying challenges, gathering insights, and delivering impactful solutions that optimize processes, systems, and overall business efficiency. This role serves as the go-to problem-solver, actively engaging with internal teams (HR) and other stakeholders to capture pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Your solutions may take many forms—process improvements, system enhancements, new feature developments, reporting frameworks, or creative business process redesigns—all crafted to ensure alignment with both business objectives and the needs of our global team. If you're proactive, analytical, and passionate about bridging gaps between people, technology, and processes, this role is for you. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that new features, processes, and improvements are successfully implemented and adopted across the organization. This includes providing clear communication, training, and support to stakeholders who may initially be resistant to change, ensuring they understand and utilize the solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive Discovery & Problem-Solving: Establish a system to listen, capture, and analyze feedback from various sources: HR, Delivery, Growth, Senior Leadership Team, etc. Identify and diagnose pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Define root causes and assess the broader business impact of challenges.

  • Developing & Implementing Tailored Solutions: Translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions that may include: System enhancements or new feature development. Business process redesign. HR reporting and data visualization improvements. Other innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Prioritize and execute improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders. Monitor and refine solutions post-implementation to ensure success.

  • Ensuring Adoption & Stakeholder Engagement: Oversee the successful rollout of new processes, features, and systems. Develop and execute communication and training plans to onboard stakeholders effectively. Engage with resistant stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring clarity on the benefits of new implementations. Provide ongoing support and follow-ups to ensure long-term adoption and effectiveness of changes.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a bridge between HR and the Software Engineering team, effectively translating HR needs into technical requirements. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on system and process improvements. Provide clear communication, training, and support to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.

  • HR Reporting & Data-Driven Insights: Design and maintain reporting systems that provide reliable access to HR data for monitoring and strategic decision-making. Identify reporting gaps and develop solutions to improve HR operational effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Software Business Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on HR process and system improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions.
  • Experience in process optimization, feature development, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to balance technical and business perspectives, ensuring solutions enhance both efficiency and user experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly independent and self-managing professional, proactive, and equipped with the ability to manage projects and deadlines without requiring constant supervision

Bonus Points / Preferred

  • Experience with HR systems implementations or working within a complex HR environment.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, scale-up or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with HR reporting tools and data visualization platforms.
