Overview

We’re looking for an Organisation Designer who ensures structure serves strategy.

As our Organisation Designer, you’ll be responsible for shaping and maintaining this structure, ensuring everything from position descriptions to the org chart is accurate, aligned, and up to date.

This role is perfect for someone who combines structured thinking, strong communication skills, and sharp attention to detail. You’ll work closely with the HR Operations Director and partner with teams across the company to create fit-for-purpose roles, establish clear accountability, and build a structure that scales with our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage the organisation chart and job architecture in the company
  • Own and manage the workforce planning process for the entire organisation
  • Define and maintain organisational design by developing clear, goal-aligned roles in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy of systems and documentation, including roles, reporting lines, and position descriptions.
  • Oversee performance review operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, full inclusion, and clear communication.
  • Act as the primary contact for structural and role-related matters, promoting cross-functional alignment.
  • Support scalable, efficient growth through modern org design principles and balanced performance structures.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in organisational design or related roles
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR
  • Knowledge of manpower planning, competency mapping, workload analysis, and organisation structure design
  • Structured and systematic thinking skills
  • Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent English communication skills and confidence working with senior management
  • Strong ability to identify imbalances in authority, scope, or clarity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with compensation and benefits frameworks
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools
  • Tech-savvy, ideally with experience in a tech-driven company
