We’re looking for detail-oriented and thoughtful people to join our growing international team!

Duties: * You’ll be tasked with answering customer questions and need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively in writing, and empathize with customers. * Diagnose and solve the customers’ problems via voice support * Communicate effectively with our customers * Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager * Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture

Requirements: * Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written * Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing * Personal integrity and conscientiousness * Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals * Team player * Continuous learner * Good knowledge of G-suites (Google Docs, Gmail, Google meets, Calendar, and so on) * Have your own laptop * Noise-canceling headset
