About The Role
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be the bridge between operational excellence, our people, and our clients. Reporting to the Delivery Director, you’ll oversee a portfolio of about 8 clients while leading up to 6 Team Leaders and 40 Customer Service Agents. Your mission is to ensure top-tier service for our clients while supporting and growing your team.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years in a client-facing or customer service management role
- 2+ years managing teams and subordinates
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with experience in growth planning and service alignment
- Skilled in change management and driving process adoption
- Culturally competent with strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and general computer usage
