About The Role

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be the bridge between operational excellence, our people, and our clients. Reporting to the Delivery Director, you’ll oversee a portfolio of about 8 clients while leading up to 6 Team Leaders and 40 Customer Service Agents. Your mission is to ensure top-tier service for our clients while supporting and growing your team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in a client-facing or customer service management role
  • 2+ years managing teams and subordinates
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with experience in growth planning and service alignment
  • Skilled in change management and driving process adoption
  • Culturally competent with strong cross-cultural communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, and general computer usage
