Client Team Leader

We are looking for a result-driven team leader from Indonesia (with excellent spoken English) to be a part of our global team!

The team leader will be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of customer support agents to achieve the organization’s objectives and increase service delivery. You will use English to communicate with the team, foreign clients, and customers from English-speaking countries on a daily basis.

To be successful as a team leader, you should have a track record of team motivation and positive KPI results. Ultimately, a top-notch team leader should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with clients, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English - has the ability to communicate information and ideas clearly & concisely.
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in Customer Service or Business Process Outsourcing or related industry.
  • Experience in handling technical support. Strong troubleshooting skills for general IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems. Bonus (but not mandatory): Experience with SAP.
  • At least 1 year of management experience in the related industry and has ever managed a team of more than 5 people.
  • A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
  • Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
  • Ability to multitask, pays attention to detail, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Proactive, flexible, and willing to learn & adapt to changes.
  • Reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
  • Quality headset, preferably with noise cancellation.
  • Strong resilience.
  • Flexible with working hours – able to work on weekends/public holidays if required.

  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Conducting training, coaching, and quality assessment of team members to maximize their potential.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Conducting performance reviews and action plans
  • Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
