Customer Service Representative (Spanish Bilingual)

We’re looking for detail-oriented and thoughtful people in ** The Philippines** who can speak English and Spanish to join our team. You will be tasked with answering customer questions through phone calls and video calls and need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively, and empathize with customers who are struggling to solve a problem.

Requirements:

  • We don’t have any requirements on age or educational background!
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Sense of humor
