Pricing is based on ticket volume and scope. For teams handling 500+ tickets per month, pricing is a predictable monthly fee. We can evaluate pricing for your organisation in a short discovery call.
Influx is a fully-managed solution. You pay per agent but you’re getting access to a complete support operation where the single agent is doing the daily work, while regularly managed by a team leader (included), who’s managed by a service manager (also included). Influx also provides consistency. So if the agent quits, we bring in a new agent in 1 week. Same for the team leader. Influx clients get consistent outcomes and automated improvements - more resolutions, improved resolution rate, improved CSAT - while paying per agent.
It depends on the speciality required, but level 2 agents usually cost 15-20% more than level 1 agents. Custom-recruited technical specialties - IT specialists or Shopify API experts for example usually cost around $17/hour. Contact us for custom solution pricing though or a quick demo - pricing depends on scope of work and the product they’re supporting. Highly technical products typically require a more specialized agent doing level 2 work for example.
No, there are no additional setup fees or onboarding fees. Onboarding is free. We only charge per agent, per response or per hour.
Our lowest price is $9.09/hour for a single agent, and that’s with our talent as a service offering, digital only, set hours. Access the full service operation with full flexibility at a cost of $2,100/month/agent which works out to $11.93/hour for a single agent - 50% of our clients choose this plan. There are no startup fees. All plans are month to month and include the entire support operation (team leader, service manager, monthly changes). This is for level 1, digital agents. Contact sales to confirm solution pricing or to get pricing for voice, level 2 agents, technical support, or custom plans of 4+ agents.
The typical starting invoice (for the first month of service) is usually $999 for Support as a Service, $2,100 for a single dedicated agent or $4,200 for two dedicated agents. This is invoiced for the upcoming first month of service.
We charge for the upcoming month of service. Our first invoice gets sent out after the first day of training. Onboarding looks like this: discovery call (free) -> kickoff call with service team (free) -> recruitment & agent selection (free) -> first training meeting with agents (receive first monthly invoice here). There is one simple monthly charge. No onboarding fees.
Same price as everything else. You might consider an AI solution to help with daily surges though to respond to level 1 messages related to seasonal offers, which will keep the overall costs down.
With Influx.com you’re paying per agent, but you’re getting a complete support operation, including management of the agent and improvement and service operations.
