Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, about a quarter of our team is based in Indonesia, including many global executive roles.

Influx is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our global sales team.This is a fully work-from-home position. 100% of our team members in Indonesia work from home.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager - Global you will lead our BDR team (business development representatives). The BDR team serves two purposes:

Ensure every inbound lead gets a best in class experience, improving close rates and sales funnel efficiency Close deals for our ‘small teams’ products

The Business Development Manager - Global is an executive level hire, reporting into the Global Head of Sales in Melbourne Australia, and will also work regularly with:

  • Global Head of Marketing (AU)
  • Marketing Operations Manager (ID)
  • Head of Service Delivery (ID)
  • Service Delivery Directors (ID)
  • Product Lead (ID)

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop the BDR team for success
  • Weekly team training and feedback
  • Weekly team reporting and analysis
  • Review and improve all processes
  • Close deals
  • Enable the BDR team to close more deals
  • Persuade change cross-organizationally
  • Becoming the second comment on behalf of the Head of Sales - Global

You will collaborate with experienced executives that are passionate about progressive sales methodologies and creating tangible results.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years sales experience (and success)
  • 3+ years sales leadership experience
  • 3+ years developing talent
  • 3+ years building and improving sales processes
  • Excellent commercial communication skills
  • Perfect English
  • Entrepreneurial skills. You have a lot of energy, are persistent, excited about the potential of B2B relationships and you cannot wait to win!
