How do I follow up with my application?

We review most applications within one week, though occasionally, and especially if we’re going through a significant growth phase, we might take 2-3 weeks to review your application.

Note that we will contact every applicant. You don’t need to follow up with us.

Worried that you weren’t successful? Note that we only hire about 1% of applicants. We’re looking for a very specific profile based on what our clients expect from us. Some intakes can vary from others. There are many applicants that don’t quite fit the profile we’re looking for, but are still excellent candidates, and go on to have hugely successful careers.

What I need to work at Influx?

Successful candidates will have a highly-efficient work-from-home working set up. This will require the following:

  • Fast and reliable internet connection
  • Headset
  • Quiet location (no background noise)
